The build out started this week next to Tray Kitchen, the Korean fusion restaurant serving dim sum and a al carte dishes since last fall.
The new pizzeria will be open from 4 to 11 pm Sunday through Thursdays, 4 pm to 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Delivery, available daily from 5 to 10 pm, of Stowell’s zesty Staple & Fancy pie (pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeño), the hearty Whole Hog (spicy coppa, guanciale, speck, prosciutto di parma) and other specialties will expand north to 85th Ave, south to the Lake Washington Ship Canal, east to Aurora Avenue and west to the Puget Sound, which includes the Stowell’s new home.
“We are too busy at Ballard Pizza Company,” Ethan explained. “We need another location to handle delivery.”
Marty Penner, who opened the Ballard Pizza Company will be the general manager at Frēllard Pizza Company.
