The Seattle Wine and Food Experience is adding a kick-off Champagne, fizzy beverages and seafood reception, POP! Seafood and Bubbles, on Saturday, Feb. 21, the night before the main event on Sunday, Feb. 22 at the Seattle Center.
Tickets to POP! Seafood and Bubble are $65. All-inclusive passes for Saturday’s festivities plus VIP access to Sunday’s Wine and Food Experience from noon to 5 pm are $125. VIP tickets are $70, allowing guests entrance to Sunday’s Wine and Food Experience from noon to 5 pm. General admission tickets for entrance from 1 to 5 pm are $55. POP! Seafood and Bubbles will feature dishes from about a dozen local chefs paired with Champagne, sparkling wine, cider and beer on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 6 to 9 pm at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall.
“We are excited to expand the weekend with the addition of POP! Bubbles & Seafood and bring a high caliber of restaurants together to highlight the abundance of great regional seafood,” said Jamie Peha, who produces the Seattle Wine and Food Experience.
